2300 Years Old Non Rusting Pillar of Kollur Mookambika Temple

In this picturesque area in coastal Karnataka, it rains heavily for 6-8 months in a year. Yet this pillar has not rusted for over 2000 years.

It was created by local tribals using age-old indigenous methods. This disproves the propaganda that in ancient India, knowledge was a monopoly of a select few.
