Whether MPs or Mnisters, eat at Canteen or not- Market Rate / Price should be deducted from their DA payable
This is the least thing that can be done Easily & fast !
None of them are so poor to avail such Benifits !!
Or else they will be encouraging indirect looting of Public Money !!!!!
    Legally right- Morally Wrong
However, Is there any Morality left in Todays Political System ?
